In recent times, the number of young people losing their lives due to their obsession with making reels has been increasing.
Many have died recently while performing dangerous stunts or visiting waterfalls just for reels. Despite news and videos of such incidents going viral on social media, there seems to be no change in the behavior of the youth.
Recently, on the Bengaluru-Tumakuru National Highway, locals taught a lesson to a young man performing dangerous stunts in the middle of the road on a scooter.
They stopped him, snatched his vehicle, and threw it off a bridge. The scooter was smashed to pieces after falling from such a height. The young man was recklessly performing stunts, putting others in danger as well, which enraged the locals.
They all joined together, stopped him, snatched the scooter, and threw it off the bridge in one swift motion.
A similar incident occurred in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. A young woman attempted to make a reel from the sixth floor, but her mobile slipped from her hand.
In an attempt to catch it, she fell down and sustained serious injuries. She is currently recovering in the hospital.
