Plot Summary:
Surya (played by Nani) is a middle-class young man living with his family, which includes his mother Chayadevi (Abhirami), father Shankaram (Sai Kumar), and sister Bhadra (Aditi Balan).
Surya has a deep affection for his cousin Kalyani (Priyanka Arul Mohan). However, due to a conflict involving his brother-in-law Seethapati, Chayadevi sends Seethapati to jail and relocates his wife and children to an unknown place, separating Surya and Kalyani at a young age.
As Chayadevi’s health deteriorates, she realizes she doesn’t have much time left and decides to reform her son Surya, who often gets into fights. She advises him to limit his anger to just one day of the week—Saturday—and to control his temper on the other six days.
Following his mother’s death, Surya adheres to this advice and expresses his anger only on Saturdays, often keeping a list of those who wronged him and confronting them on that day. Despite his efforts, he is unable to trace his aunt’s whereabouts.
Meanwhile, Kalyani, now known as Charumathi, returns to the village as a police officer. She is shocked by the behavior of the local CI Dayanand (S J Surya), who often targets the residents of Sokula Palem, and she learns that the villagers suffer due to the conflicts between Dayanand and his brother Kurmanand (Murali Sharma).
As Surya and Charumathi grow closer, Surya struggles with revealing his Saturday ritual to her.
Eventually, Surya’s Saturday routine leads him into conflict with both the rowdy Narayana Prabha (Ajay Ghosh) and Dayanand.
As Narayana’s men prepare to attack Surya, the story unfolds, leading to a climactic conclusion.
Direction and Performance:
Vivek Athreya, known for his command over comedy in films like “Brochevarevarura” and “Ante Sundaraniki,” maintains his comedic touch while blending it seamlessly with underlying emotions and action.
The film effectively highlights Surya’s loyalty to his family and his unique approach to controlling anger. The depiction of a sadistic police officer and a selfish politician as brothers is particularly noteworthy.
The unique concept of designating a specific day to express anger adds an interesting twist to the narrative.
The characterization of the hero and villain is well-crafted, and the screenplay keeps the audience engaged, especially during the interval, pre-climax, and climax sequences.
Technical Aspects:

The blend of action, comedy, and emotion is well-executed. However, the absence of a strong romantic track and duets is noticeable, which could have added more flavor to the film.
