The video shows five to six female constables pulling Priyanka Gandhi.
After that, cops forcibly put the general secretary of the Congress in a car and took off.
Rahul Gandhi, a Congress member, and other party members staged a protest earlier in the day by walking in all-black toward the Rashtrapati Bhawan.

The startup in India Sagar Defence Engineering has developed “Varuna,” the country’s first people-carrying drone platform.
Last month, the drone was shown to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Regarding its core functions, Varuna has some of the most advanced features. The drone can accommodate one passenger at a time.
Varuna has four auto-pilot settings that enable it to continue flying even if some of the fans fail. In the next three months, Varuna will transition from her present land-based investigation to a sea experiment.
The personal air mobility vehicle has a maximum range of 25 kilometres and can transport 130 kilogrammes of payload.
Due to the technology used, the drone can land and take off from moving warships.
Notably, the DSR of the Indian Navy has contributed to the advancement of landing and takeoff technology.

Congress members protested outside of Parliament earlier in the day and marched to Rashtrapati Bhawan, including Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
The Delhi Police, however, stopped the demonstrators and ordered them not to go in the vicinity of Rashtrapati Bhawan.
The other Congress MPs were detained by police at Vijay Chowk.
