The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has been suspended with immediate effect, FIFA, the world’s governing body of football, stated on Tuesday. The decision was made unanimously by the FIFA Council Bureau.
The choice was made as a result of improper interference from outside parties, which is a significant breach of the FIFA Statutes.
