According to the Uzbek Health Ministry, 18 out of the 21 kids who consumed the Doc-1 Max tablets and syrup produced by the Indian company Marion Biotech perished. During lab tests, the hazardous ingredient ethylene glycol allegedly was discovered in the syrup.
