PM Modi Honored with Two Prestigious International Awards

Georgetown: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has received another rare honor as two nations, Guyana and Dominica, bestowed their highest civilian awards upon him.

Currently visiting Guyana, PM Modi accepted these awards in recognition of his contributions to international cooperation and assistance.

Dominica awarded him the “Dominica Award of Honour”, presented by President Sylvanie Burton, acknowledging India’s support to Dominica during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following this, Guyana conferred upon him its highest civilian honor, the “Order of Excellence”, presented by President Mohamed Irfaan Ali.

Leaders of both nations emphasized that these awards were a tribute to PM Modi’s efforts in fostering global cooperation and humanitarian support.

Expressing his gratitude, Modi dedicated these honors to the millions of people of India.
