On June 12 at 11.27 a.m., N. Chandrababu Naidu, national president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), will take the oath of office as chief minister of Andhra Pradesh.
At a joint conference of MPs from the TDP, BJP, and Janasena, Mr. Naidu was unanimously chosen to lead the NDA in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
In the meantime, Tollywood actor better known as Power Star Pawan Kalyan, the chief of the Janasena Party, was unanimously chosen on Tuesday to lead the Legislative Party.
Mr. Chandrababu Naidu will take the oath of office as minister alongside 24 other MLAs from the NDA Alliance. There are three JSP MLAs, one BJP MLA, and twenty-one TDP MLAs on the list.
The three JSP members are Rajahmundry Rural MLA Kandula Durgesh, party political affairs committee chairman Nadendla Manohar, and head Pawan Kalyan. All 21 Assembly seats that JSP ran for were won.
Satya Kumar Yadav, a BJP MLA from Dharmavaram, is the only member of the party to take the oath of office as a minister.
