There is growing concern among people due to a limited number of covid vaccines.

After taking the first jab, the people show their concerns about the next jab.

They put questions what would happen if there is a delay in receiving the second dose beyond the prescribed limit or missing their second dose.

Health experts reassure that there is nothing to be bothered, if people failed to receive the second jab within a stipulated period.

Dr. E Venkata Rao, Site Investigator, Covaxin trial, Bhubaneswar, has submitted some health points and added that there is no worry if the second dose is delayed.

Reacting to a preponement of the second vaccine, Dr. E Venkata Rao said it is not advisable.

Responding to the covid vaccine crisis, the health expert has reassured that people who took covaxin can comfortably wait for two months.

People who have received covishield, they can wait atleast for three months, the doctor has added.
