A Day to Remember Our Responsibilities: Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan
AP Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan stated that the freedom we are celebrating today was achieved through the sacrifices of thousands of martyrs.
However, he emphasized that merely celebrating is not enough; it is also a day for everyone to remember their responsibilities towards the nation.
Pawan Kalyan participated in the 78th Independence Day celebrations held at the Kakinada Police Parade Grounds. For the first time in his role as Deputy Chief Minister, he hoisted the tricolor flag.
Following this, Pawan Kalyan spoke about the importance of remembering the sacrifices of the martyrs who fought for the country’s independence.
He urged everyone to recognize their responsibility towards the nation and to fulfill their duties with sincerity.
He mentioned that it is this sense of responsibility that has brought him to his current position. During the event, he also remembered several freedom fighters from the Kakinada district.
Additionally, he highlighted the welfare schemes introduced by the coalition government in the state during his speech.
