Former Minister KTR to File Petition in HC Over Formula E-Car Racing Case

BRS Working President KTR has been booked by ACB officials in connection with Formula E-Car Racing. He has been named Accused No. 1 (A1), IAS officer Arvind Kumar as Accused No. 2 (A2), and HMDA Chief Engineer BLN Reddy as Accused No. 3 (A3).

An FIR has been registered under non-bailable sections, alleging a payment of ₹55 crore to a foreign company without cabinet approval or financial clearance.

Notices are likely to be issued to KTR within two to three days, summoning him for inquiry.

In response, KTR is set to approach the Telangana High Court today, seeking to quash the case filed against him.
