Gilbert Gottfried Dies- ‘Aladdin’ Actor and Comedian Dies at 67
Gilbert Gottfried, a legendary comedian, has died. The tragic news was confirmed via a post on Gottfried’s Twitter account, which stated that he died after “a long illness.”
The SNL veteran was most known for his booming, loud voice, which got him lots of employment, most notably on Disney’s “Aladdin.”
Gottfried was well-liked in the comedy community for his unpolished stuff. Gilbert, 67, was survived by his wife and two children.
“We are sorry to announce the demise of our dear Gilbert after a lengthy illness,” his family said in a statement posted on his verified Twitter account on Tuesday.
