Imam-ul-Haq, the nephew of former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq, has scored 2000 runs in ODIs. He reached this mark in just his 46th inning.
Imam-ul-Haq has became the world’s fifth batsman to achieve the quickest 2000 runs in ODI history.
Hashim Amla of South Africa holds the record for the quickest to reach 2000 runs in ODI cricket, having done it in 40 innings.
Imam also surpassed India’s Shikhar Dhawan’s mark, which he reached in the 48th innings.

Imam-ul-Haq hit 56 runs off 73 balls in the third One-Day International against England. During this time, he also hit seven fours.
This was Imam’s tenth half-century in one-day international cricket.
