Tokyo Olympics: Archer Pravin Jadhav beats world No. 2 Galsan Bazarchapov-India in Olympics
Pravin Jadhav, an Indian archer, is doing well in the Tokyo Olympics.
On Wednesday, he progressed to the last-32 of the men’s solo archery competition in Tokyo with a 6-0 win against World No.2 Russian Galsan Bazarchapov.
Bazarchapov, competed under the ROC flag, had just two tens in nine arrows, including a seven in the first set. Jadhav, on the other hand, shot four 10s out of nine arrows, demonstrating consistency in his approach.
Pravin Jadhav will face World No. 1 Brady Ellison of the United States in the round of 32.
