My name is not there in FIR: Kavitha
In a letter to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), TRC MLC K Kavitha reportedly claims that her name is not on the list of defendants in the FIR in the Delhi liquor scandal.
She noted that due to some pre-scheduled events, she won’t be able to attend the meeting tomorrow.
She stated that the investigation may take place at her home on this month’s 11th, 12th, 14th, or 15th at any time.
Kalvakuntla Kavitha declared that she will assist the investigation and that she respects the law.
She had earlier sent the CBI the initial letter.
TRS MLC requested a copy of the FIR and documentation pertaining to it in a previous letter.
She said that the date of the probe may be decided upon after obtaining the same.
She requested that the CBI personnel send them to her.
In a second letter to the CBI, Kavitha, who had examined them, claimed that the FIR did not include her name.
How the CBI responds to this is yet to be seen.
