1-Arvind Kejriwal Criticizes PM Narendra Modi for Arresting Manish Sisodia in the Alcohol Policy Case

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi and leader of the AAP, charged on March 1 that the arrests of his two ministers were an attempt by the BJP, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to prevent his administration from carrying out excellent work in the health and education sectors. Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister, and Satyendar Jain, the erstwhile minister of health, have both been detained on suspicion of corruption.

Sisodia will soon be released from prison, according to Kejriwal, if he joins the BJP and all issues will be resolved. Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain left the Delhi government on February 28. 12-Mumbai High Court grants pre-arrest bail and rejects the “Love Jihad” claim.

According to PTI, the Bombay High Court’s Aurangabad division ruled that a relationship cannot be characterised as “love jihad” simply because the boy and the girl practise different faiths. The judge made the comment while releasing a Muslim woman and her family on pre-arrest bail. According to PTI, the accused was granted anticipatory bail by the division bench of Justices Vibha Kankanwadi and Abhay Waghwase in their ruling from February 26.
