1- Three Men Charged With Bribing KCR’s MLAs Receive 14 Days Of Judicial Detention
The three defendants in the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLAs poaching case were sentenced to 14 days of judicial prison by a special Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court on Sunday.
In accordance with the Telangana High Court’s instructions, the Cyberabad Police brought the three defendants before the judge.
The Telangana High Court had earlier on October 29 ordered the three suspects in the MLA poaching case to appear before the police for further investigation.

2-Telangana withdraws its agreement with the CBI to investigate cases in the state.
The Telangana administration informed the high court yesterday that it has revoked its general approval for the CBI to investigate cases in the state.
This comes days after Gujjula Premendar Reddy, the state general secretary of the BJP, petitioned the Telangana High Court to order the CBI to investigate claims that some members connected to his party attempted to snatch TRS MLAs from Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
