MAA Elections 2021:- Tollywood waits for MAA elections development
Tammareddy Bharadwaja on the MAA elections: Manchu Vishnu vs. Prakash Raj
Tammareddy Bharadwaja, a renowned Tollywood director and producer, declared in an exclusive interview that he had no interest in the Movie Artistes’ Association (MAA) elections.
This time, actors Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu are competing for the position of MAA president.
Tammareddy stated that rivalry among MAA members was noticed over the past seven to eight years after analysing the conduct of MAA elections during the last 15 years.
He was chastised for labelling Prakash Raj as a non-local.
On October 10, the day of elections, a heated fight between two panels will come to a conclusion.
MAA Elections: Nagababu counter to CVL Narasimha Rao
In a recent discussion, senior actor Naga Babu said that senior most lawyer and hardline BJP leader CVL Narasimha Rao nearly succeeded in controlling the Prakash Raj issue.
Concurrently, Naga Babu has praised Prakash Raj for his honesty, sincerity, and idealism.
He emphasised that Prakash Raj is well-known for his disagreements with Subrahmanyam Swamy, who is widely considered as one of India’s most learned people.
He has also said that no one else can debate like Prakash Raj and that confronting such a discussion ahead of the elections in 2021 is a little issue for Prakash Raj.
Naga Babu backs Prakash Raj in the MAA elections in 2021; makes outrageous remarks
The big brother, Naga Babu, has come out in favour of the Prakash Raj panel.
A media gathering was held on this occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Naga Babu remarked that, while Naresh is a close friend, it is improper for him to create unneeded controversy by phoning the press instead of holding an MAA meeting.
Naga Babu claimed that he and Prakash Raj were not friends in reaction to Prakash Raj’s candidacy.
Prakash Raj and my brother Chiranjeevi are excellent buddies, he says.
Prakash is a fantastic choice, according to his brother Chiranjeevi, since he is a rare combination of intelligence and humanity,” Naga Babu said.
He has also argued against the opposing panel members’ non-local ideology and the national calibre of Prakash Raj.
Rajeev Kanakala’s reaction to the MAA elections: Balakrishna’s support is critical
Rajeev Kanakala, a Tollywood character actor, has replied to the impending election struggle for the Movie Artistes’ Association president and other positions in an exclusive interview.
He publicly backed the Manchu Vishnu panel and criticised Prakash Raj’s statements.
Rajeev expressed trust in Vishnu and stated that if elected as MAA president, he will complete the construction of the MAA building with the help of Balakrishna and other prominent Tollywood stars.
In response to a query, the actor stated that the Kannada cinema business will never employ actors from other states.
Ravi Babu makes startling remarks against Prakash Raj during the MAA elections.
Ravi Babu, a Tollywood character actor, has uploaded a video to the media in which he expresses his candid view on the Movie Artistes’ Association elections.
He has voiced concern over Telugu producers employing cinematographers from other states while native cameramen numbering 150 to 200 are unemployed.
Ravi Babu remarked that it was terrible to have non-Telugu hair stylists and makeup artists for Tollywood films.
“Aside from local and non-local issues, can’t a Telugu actor manage the operations of MAA, a tiny organisation?” he questioned.
The actor stated unequivocally that he is not speaking in favour of any panel.
Manchu Vishnu cautions Prakash Raj, saying, ‘Have some shame.’
With barely five days till the Movie Artistes’ Association (MAA) elections, allegations and counter-accusations by both Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu have reached a fever pitch.
Responding to Prakash Raj’s claims on Tuesday, Vishnu cautioned him not to bring his family into the MAA elections.
“If you have an issue, come to me and discuss it.” If you continue to antagonise me by dragging my family members,
I will take ‘Garu’ from your name,” Manchu Vishnu said to the media. “Have a sense of shame and decency,” he advised Prakash Raj.
