Salman Khan meets Olympic silver medalist Mirabai Chanu with a hug in Mumbai

Mirabai Chanu, a weightlifter from India, won silver in the women’s 49kg weightlifting division at the Tokyo Olympics, lifting a total of 202kg.

Chanu stated in an interview after her victory and triumphant return to her homeland of Manipur that Salman Khan is her favourite actor.

‘Salman Khan mujhe bahut hi pasand hai,’ she was reported as adding. ‘Sab pasand hai, unki bodily structure.’
