Pushpa 2 Sets Another Record in Pre-Sales
The upcoming Telugu film “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, has set a new milestone before its release.
Following the tremendous success of “Pushpa: The Rise,” which established Allu Arjun as a major box-office star and earned him the National Award for Best Actor, excitement is high for the sequel.
The film is currently in the final stages of production and is scheduled for a December 5 release, with an early premiere overseas on December 4.
Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead, while Fahadh Faasil portrays the antagonist in the sequel. Anticipation has reached a peak globally, and the film recently broke records in the United States with its pre-sales tickets.
Within a short time after the pre-sales began, 15,000 tickets were sold—a career-best record for Allu Arjun overseas and a first for an Indian film to reach this level of demand so quickly, as noted by the filmmakers.
Fans of Allu Arjun, thrilled with these achievements, are eagerly awaiting the film’s release.
Many expect “Pushpa 2” to set even more records once it hits theaters, as “Pushpa Raj” seems poised to surpass the previous benchmarks set by “Pushpa: The Rise.”
