Ram Charan Honored with Madame Tussauds Wax Figure, Featuring His Pet Dog Rhyme

Ram Charan Receives Rare Honor: Global Star’s Wax Statue to be Unveiled at Madame Tussauds

Ram Charan is set to achieve a unique milestone in the summer of 2025, as Madame Tussauds Singapore will unveil his wax statue.

A notable feature of this statue is the inclusion of his pet dog, Rhyme. This makes Ram Charan the only celebrity after Queen Elizabeth II to have a wax figure accompanied by a pet.

The announcement was made during the star-studded 2024 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards held in Abu Dhabi, where Ram Charan was honored with the Madame Tussauds of the Future award. This recognition is a tribute to his contributions to cinema and his global appeal.

Ram Charan expressed his excitement about joining the prestigious lineup of superstars at Madame Tussauds Singapore.

Reflecting on his childhood, he shared, “I used to be amazed by the legendary actors at Madame Tussauds. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine standing among them. This is an unforgettable honor.”

Adding a personal touch, his pet dog, Rhyme, will feature alongside him in the statue. This makes Ram Charan the only celebrity, besides Queen Elizabeth II, to be depicted with a pet at Madame Tussauds.

He expressed joy over this inclusion, saying, “Rhyme is a significant part of my life, and it’s special to have her join me in this extraordinary experience.”

The collaboration between IIFA and Madame Tussauds Singapore began in 2017, celebrating Indian cinema on a global stage.

Alex Ward, Regional Director of Merlin Entertainments, Gateway Asia, expressed excitement at welcoming Ram Charan to the prestigious collection of Indian film icons at Madame Tussauds, which already features stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Karan Johar, and Amitabh Bachchan.
