Ramappa Temple a UNESCO World Heritage Site now- Telangana’s Warangal
Ramappa Temple in Telangana has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Ramalingeswara temple, also known as the Ramappa temple, was named after Ramappa, the temple’s main sculptor.
The temple is in the Venkatapur Mandal in Telangana’s Mulugu (ancient Warangal) district, near the Palampet hamlet of Venkatapur Mandal.
