The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced plans to ramp up the production of its iconic laddu prasadam to meet the ever-increasing demand from devotees of Lord Venkateswara.
To achieve this, TTD will be recruiting additional staff to boost production capacity.
Currently, TTD produces 3.5 lakh small laddus, 6,000 large laddus, and 3,500 vadas daily. However, with the additional workforce, the production capacity will increase significantly.
This will help TTD meet the surge in demand during special occasions like weekends, festivals, and the annual Brahmotsavams.
While every devotee receives one small laddu free of cost, the increased production will allow TTD to sell additional laddus to devotees who wish to purchase more.
This move is expected to bring joy to countless devotees who cherish the sacred laddu as a symbol of divine blessings.
