Aryaveer Sehwag Scores an Unbeaten 200 Runs off 229 Balls
Virender Sehwag, fondly known as “Viru,” needs no introduction in Indian cricket history.
His explosive batting style struck fear into the hearts of bowlers, who often hesitated to bowl to him. Even after retirement, Sehwag remains etched in the memories of cricket fans.
Continuing his father’s legacy, Sehwag’s son Aryaveer has made a stunning entry into the cricketing world.
Representing Delhi in the Cooch Behar Trophy, Aryaveer delivered a phenomenal performance against Meghalaya, scoring an unbeaten double century.
Facing 229 balls, Aryaveer remained not out with a score of 200 runs, including 34 boundaries and 2 sixes. Remarkably, 148 of his runs came from boundaries alone.
Fans, impressed by Aryaveer’s aggressive batting, have showered him with praise, calling him a true successor to his father.
Many are speculating that if Aryaveer continues this form, a spot in the Indian cricket team is only a matter of time.
