Major IAS Transfers in Andhra Pradesh:: Key Department Heads Shifted
The Andhra Pradesh government has executed major transfers of IAS officers.
Several officials have been attached to the General Administration Department (GAD). Orders have been issued to attach Special Chief Secretary of Municipal Administration Srilakshmi, Special Chief Secretary of the Excise Department Rajat Bhargava, and Principal Secretary of School Education Praveen Prakash to the GAD. Murali Dhar Reddy has also been directed to report to the GAD. These orders were issued by Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad.
Anil Kumar Singhal has been appointed as the Special Chief Secretary of the Municipal Administration Department, replacing Srilakshmi.
Sai Prasad has been appointed as the Special Chief Secretary of the Water Resources Department, Shashi Bhushan Kumar as the Principal Secretary of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development, Rajasekhar as the Special Chief Secretary of the Agriculture Department, and Gopalakrishna Dwivedi as the Special Chief Secretary of the Labour Department.
Siddharth Jain has been appointed as the Commissioner of the Civil Supplies Department, Saurabh Gaur as the Secretary of the Higher Education Department with additional responsibilities for the Skill Development Department, Kona Sashidhar as the Secretary of the School Education Department with full additional responsibilities for the IT-RTGS Department, and Babu as the Secretary of the Horticulture, Fisheries, and Cooperative Departments.
Katamaneni Bhaskar has been appointed as the APCRDA Commissioner, Pradyumna as the Secretary to the Chief Minister, Janaki as the Secretary of the Finance Expenditure Department, M.M. Nayak as the Secretary of the Animal Husbandry Department, and Praveen Kumar as the Director and Commissioner of the Mines Department as well as the MD of APMDC with additional responsibilities. Vinay Chand has been appointed as the Secretary of the Finance Department.
