Nagarjuna Defamation Case: Next Hearing on 30th
On behalf of Konda Surekha, lawyer Gurmeet Singh has submitted a reply.
The court has postponed the next hearing to the 30th of this month.
Earlier, the court had recorded the testimonies of Nagarjuna and other witnesses.
In connection with the defamation lawsuit filed by actor Nagarjuna, Minister Konda Surekha has submitted a reply in the Nampally Special Court.
The case stems from sensational remarks Konda Surekha made about Nagarjuna regarding the divorce of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha.
Following these comments, Nagarjuna filed a defamation lawsuit. The court had previously recorded the statements of Nagarjuna and other witnesses.
Recently, the minister has now filed her response.
On behalf of the minister, prominent lawyer Gurmeet Singh submitted the response in court.
After this, the court adjourned the next hearing to the 30th of this month.
The comments made by Konda Surekha about Nagarjuna caused a significant stir in the Telugu states, and many Tollywood celebrities strongly condemned her remarks.
