Actor Posani Krishna Murali Faces Over 15 Cases in Andhra Pradesh
Actor and screenwriter Posani Krishna Murali has been served legal notices by the Sullurpeta Police in connection with a case recently registered against him at the local police station.
The police have directed Posani Krishna to appear for an inquiry on April 15 as part of the ongoing investigation.
The notices were handed to him when he visited the CID office to sign, as mandated by the court’s bail conditions. This development adds to the legal challenges already facing Posani Krishna Murali.
Across Andhra Pradesh, more than 15 cases have been filed against him for making allegedly inappropriate comments about Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh.
As a result of these cases, Posani Krishna has spent time in judicial custody in multiple prisons as a remand prisoner.
Last month, the court granted him bail with specific conditions that he is currently complying with.
