Shikhar Dhawan Calls Time on His Cricket Career with an Emotional Message

He has decided to bid farewell to international and domestic cricket. In this regard, Gabbar released an emotional video.

Dhawan’s decision has come as a shock to cricket fans. However, it is well known that Gabbar had not been able to secure a place in Team India for a long time due to the emergence of younger cricketers.

I am extremely proud and happy to have played for my country. Now, I am announcing my retirement from international and domestic cricket. I am closing this chapter of my cricketing journey. I carry countless sweet memories and gratitude with me. I thank the BCCI for giving me opportunities and everyone who supported me with love. Jai Hind!” Dhawan expressed in the video.
